DATE NIGHT || THE IVY

Helloooo!

If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll know that I got back to England (having been home in Hong Kong for a month) this last weekend. At the airport, I was treated to the most beautiful bouquet of flowers that I literally can’t take my eyes off😍😍

Not only that but on the Saturday I was treated to literally the most incredible dinner. It felt like I had jumped straight into my Pinterest dreams..

So..of course I am going to share it with all of you hehe!

Can we just take a minute to appreciate the colour scheme and the candles.. and not only that but the fact that we all had little throws and blankets?! Like YES PEOPLE👏

It was so beyond cosy, especially when it got a bit later and it was that little bit darker.. everything was so unbelievably romantic and enchanting.

We ordered a prawn cocktail to start and I’m so used to average prawn starters that when this came, I was like WOAH DAYUM GURL.

I was definitely not posh enough for this place because I was like ..um why is the lemon in a bag ???

For mains I had the shepherds pie.. because again, I didn’t understand the posh options haha, and my boyfriend got the crab linguine and they were both so delicious in their little Ivy branded plates 😌

I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t forget to take pictures of our desserts, but you can see my half eaten Creme Brûlée in this following pic👌 Tasted a lot better than it looked I promise!

If anyone finds my eyes, I would be forever grateful xx

I’m just looking through all the photos from the evening and it’s such a shame when you’re the better photographer in the relationship.. I know many of you girls out there share my pain 😚
